You can download templates for your version of CorelDraw. Please note that .cdt is the file extension for CorelDraw template files and .cdr is the file extension for a standard CorelDraw file. Directions
Each of the links below will contain a zip file with a .cdt file and a .cdr file. Open the .cdr file and print the grid directly onto your platen. It's recommended that you lower the ink volume to 3. Next, open the .cdt file and open your design. This grid will not print, but you'll be able to use it to line up your design on your platen.
